If you are a new mama, having the right clothes can make breastfeeding a breeze.  Having a great bra is a definite plus, but can be difficult, and costly to find.  Hang in there mamas, I have just the place!  A few months ago, I introduced you to Bella Materna when I reviewed the Anytime Padded Bralet.  Well, Anne also sent me the Peacock Lace Push Up Bra to review.  This bra is very sexy…and it makes me feel that way as well.

 The Peacock Lace Push Up Bra is peacock plume colored mesh that is overlayed with the peacock patterned lace.  

Some of the features that make this bra a great nursing bra are the one handed nursing clips, the adjustable straps, and it is Oeko-Tex  certified to be toxin free – yay for mom and baby.  Made from 80% nylon and 20% spandex.  And, it is Made in the USA.  In fact, 99% of their products are made in teh USA.  But, this bra has more than just must have features for a nursing bra.  There are patented flexy wires for safety and comfort.  There are 4 size hook and eye closures in back to ensure a comfortable fit.  I love the removable push up pads for extra shape and lift.  Sometimes I leave the pads in, sometimes I take them out.  (You could also just use one to even out the girls if you have a little one like me who only nurses on one side).  There are also infinity rings so when you are done nursing, you can convert the bra to a non-nursing bra.

I love this bra!   The look of this bra is stunning!  The lace look is so elegant and sexy.  I found the bra to be really comfortable to wear all day.  I did find that because of the underwire, the cups are a little harder to fold down when nursing.  It still worked really well, but was a bit harder.  The clasps are so simple to hook and unhook and make nursing a hungry baby a cinch.  I love the pads, and they are super easy to remove and put back in.
