Enjoy a #mymikesmoment and Raise Awareness for Breast Cancer

There are some things in life that give me a rush and I get so excited about. One of those things is party planning. I love having get togethers for any reason, whether it’s a bonfire, birthday party, friends are in town, or any other reason that comes up. Because we never know when we will end up with people over, we always try to have a variety of beverages around. It seems that as long as we have a little something for everybody, they all stay longer and everybody has more fun.

Last weekend, we had a birthday party for my daughter. Having some Mike’s Hard Lemonade Co. on hand is a nice refreshing drink for a bunch of our family and friends. I love to try out the new flavors that come out, and this time, pink lemonade was on the list. I love serving up mike’s hard lemonade because they use real lemons and you can taste the difference. Each year, mike’s hard lemonade releases this limited edition pink lemonade flavor in support of breast cancer awareness. So far, mike’s hard lemonade has donated over $1 million dollars to breast cancer research because a portion of these limited edition drinks is donated, so go buy some! Since I am pregnant, I didn’t get to enjoy a #mymikesmoment along with the family, but watching them all drink pink made me smile. It was for a good cause and I felt great about that. As I write this, I’m sitting here on our couch that we just bought and brought in a few hours ago, thinking how nice it would be to be sitting here, relaxed and kicking back with a Mike’s Hard Lemonade Co. beverage in my hand. That sounds like a great way to spend my evening, plus, it’s pink. I really love pink!
