Eye Majic *Review*

I don’t know if you have noticed from the pictures of myself I have posted, but I do not wear makeup. Period. Ever….well, maybe once or twice a year. I am just lazy. Back in high school through a few years after college, I did wear makeup. Then I just decided it wasn’t worth it. I had nobody to impress so I quit wearing it. Now I put some on once or twice a year just because John loves it so much when I wear makeup.

When I was asked if I wanted to review Eye Majic, I hesitated. I mean, I am just not a make up person and now that I have 2 kids, who has time for make up! I am happy to get out the door without peanut butter or spit up on my clothes. I am certainly not going to even attempt makeup! But, she said it was quick and easy to apply, so alright, I will give it a shot. And so I did. And I am glad that I did. It is really simple!

EyeMajic is instant eye shadow that you use one time.

To apply eyemajic, simply apply the applicator to your eyelid, hold for 4 seconds then slide the applicator across your eyelid. If you want to blend it, simply use the applicator to do so. The longer you hold the applicator up to your eye, the more color will transfer to your eyelid. If you hold for a shorter period of time, you may get more than one use our of each applicator.

For a different look, you can apply a second applicator of a different color over the existing eye shadow.

You can apply it directly over eye shadow you are already wearing for a quick color change. If you make an error putting it on, simply use the applicator to blend it.

What did I think of the eyemajic I received? I like it. It is really fast and easy. Plus, if I know I will want to wear it out later in the day, I can throw it in my purse or diaper bag and not worry that it will spill and make a mess. Each application (one for each eye) comes in a sealed package. Simply tear back the top and use the applicators. Very handy for on the go. I really like how easy it is to use. It took only seconds and I could get it on just right both times I used them. I felt confident in my application of make up and comfortable wearing it. Eyemajic claims to last longer than conventional eye shadow and it may. I don’t wear eye shadow often enough to be the judge on whether or not it lasted longer. The look I got was definitely better than what I would do trying to blend it on my own with conventional eye shadow.
