I love the approach Dustin takes in this book.  Not only does he give you a new outlook on exercise, but he also covers your nutrition.  Calorie intake, what to eat, and most importantly, why you should eat this with that.  Healthy eating is a constant battle for me.  I have always heard, eat this.  It was nice to find out why.  This book will motivate and inspire you as you read.  Mindset is a big deal, and he kicks off with that.
