To say I use my computer a lot would be the understatement of the year. As soon as I bought my Mac, I was scoping out Mac skins and covers for it. I was so indecisive though, that I never made a decision, so here it sits, a year and a half old with nothing. When I had the opportunity to review Sticker App and get my own personalized look, I couldn’t pass it up. The timing was too good. I had just had baby Henry and we got some great shots of the 3 kids during his newborn photo session, so I knew I had the perfect picture.
I logged on and uploaded my picture right away. While I could choose from pre-made skins, it was way more fun to use my own. I was surprised by how quick and easy it was.

It only took me a minute or two to get my sticker app ordered. Their customer service was helpful and quick to respond. I was having trouble with the size of the picture I was using, and kept getting a message to resize for best quality. I put my order through, and emailed customer service asking if my image would turn out. They assured me that they would check the quality of the image and contact me before sending it if it didn’t look great. I sent in the request and within a half day I had a reply.
When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to check it out. For some reason, I had it in my head that it was more of a snap on cover instead of a giant sticker. I wasn’t so sure what I thought about it when it arrived but was anxious to get it on the Mac. It took a try or two to get it straight, but was otherwise very easy. Just press and smooth out any bubbles. BAM! A few seconds and the device in your life has a new, improved look.
The biggest downside I found was that when the kids see the picture, they seem to forget it is my computer and want to touch it or play with it. I love being able to look at it and see my kids’ smiling faces.
You can get your own Sticker App for whatever device you have. From iPhone’s to Macs, they have you covered.
