Ever since we saw Disney On Ice:  Princesses and Pirates a few years ago, my daughter has been hooked!  She is all princess all day long, and she has taught Charlie the ropes.  They get their TV time every day, and the most requested show is Sofia the First.  Whether we are watching Sofia, Jake, Callie, Doc, or Frozen, you can be sure we will be playing make believe following that story line at some point that day.  I cannot tell you how many times the kids have said, “I’ve got my map.”  “I’ve got my pixie dust.”  And then been asked if I’ve got my sword.  Now I know, that’s my cue to say, “I’ve got my sword.”

When Disney sent me these 4 CD’s, I thought it would be fun to create some Disney themed Easter baskets for both Maggie and Charlie and hop to the music.  The funnest part was creating them using these CD’s and everything else had to come from around the house.  Now, they keep hiding them from each other and finding them.  This has provided hours of fun!

I’m really excited to tell you about these 4 CD’s and then show you the baskets I made for the kids.  If I had had to guess, I would have said that Frozen the Songs would be what they were most excited about, but that wasn’t the case.  Their favorite is DJ Shuffle 2.  What probably surprised me the most though, is their favorite song.  Miles from Tomorrowland.  The kids get to watch a show in the morning so I can keep my eyes sort of shut for just a little longer.  One day, this show came on.  Maggie has been asking for it since, but I never remember to record it, so I haven’t seen or heard it at all until we received this.  They beg for it all day long.  They really love this CD though and when we are outside playing they ask me to “crank it up” from the truck so they can hear it while they are playing.  They also really love to listen to the Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and the Into the Woods Soundtrack.

I have to admit, I love listening to these too, and it gives us a reason to get up and dance!  We all love the music on these 4 CD’s and they make great additions to these cute Disney themed  Easter baskets.  Check them out.
