I hope each and every one of you had a safe and happy new year’s celebration.  We go to the cabin for New Year’s and had a fabulous time.  We watched football (boo, the Packer’s lost), ate lots of food, fished, snowmobiled and most of all, played cards!!!  Unfortunately, a few of us were sick, luckily  not me or the kids, but John has the icky cold 🙁

My entire family goes to the cabin to celebrate each year.  It’s a nice, fun, safe place where we can drink if we choose, dance, be silly, have fun and not have to drive. 

We live in Minnesota and the cabin is in Wisconsin and we definitely have a bit of a border battle going on.  Repeat of the game next week, I expect different results.  Anyways, here is a picture of just a few of us who were dressed up and ready to cheer!
