I decided since Charlie tries to eat all of the sidewalk chalk, that I would give making my own stuff a shot and see how it turned out. It is very easy. 3 ingredients.
Water
Cornstarch
Food Coloring
Just mix up equal amounts of water and cornstarch and then add in the food coloring. It is a bit hard to mix, and hardens quickly, but usually just stirring it around works, if not, I just add a drop or two of water and start stirring.
Plus, because it is paint and not chalk, Maggie can use different size paint brushes and rollers to make fun designs on the driveway.
