Milkin’ Cookies

Milkin’ Cookies was created by two busy moms who found their milk supply plummeting due to stress and fragmented sleep. They tried recommended solutions, but felt their had to be a better way to increase supply without using herbs or medicines.

The two physicians researched galactogogues (substances that increase breast milk production) and discovered that some foods have the ability to boost breast milk supply. They needed a tolerable way to combine all of these ingredients and decided cookies would offer the perfect solution.

After 35 attempts, they mastered what they consider a balanced, delicious cookie. Milkin’ Cookies are made with wholesome and healthy ingredients that include whole wheat flour, flaxseed, wheat germ, and oats. Each cookie has just 190 calories and 10 grams of fat with 3 grams of fiber. They’re all natural, with no artificial ingredients, preservatives, herbs or medicines.
