I keep seeing Tiny Love toys all over the internet, and really wanted to try some out for Charlie man.  I was really excited when I had the chance.  Sometimes I feel like the little dude gets jipped because he is the second kid, so he doesn’t get as much stuff.  I love when I have a reason to get him some toys that are his!  We were sent the Follow Me Fred and the Sunny Stroll( read this review here).

  Follow Me Fred may be one of the coolest toys I have seen. Designed for baby’s 6-12 months old, this is a great toy to encourage your baby to move around.  Before baby can crawl, place Follow Me Fred in circular mode.  Fred has an accordian like body, bend his body to make him walk in circles.  Depending on how you bend it, it can go clockwise or counterclockwise.  Touching it triggers movement and the dog will start walking again.  Charlie is only 5 months old right now, but he loves to watch it go in circles.  He reaches for it and gets excited when it starts moving again.  I love how if you don’t touch it for awhile, it will bark to remind your baby to play.  When baby is ready to crawl, the cheerful music and the slow movement of the dog will keep baby’s attention and encourage baby to reach for it and start crawling.  When they are at this stage, you can keep the dog straight and he will just keep walking while baby tries to follow.Plus, the bright colors draw babies attention to it. There are grippy  like wheels on the bottom to help Fred move.  Sometimes it wouldn’t move on our carpet, so I’m not sure if our carpet is thicker in some spots than in others.  

Buy it now at Amazon.com and get it in time for Christmas.  This is a great toy to stimulate and encourage your little one to move.  Even Maggie loves to play with it.
