Cooling down on a hot summer day

We are in a stretch of 90’s with very high humidity.  The only way we can play outside is if we can stay cool.  My kids, especially Maggie, are always asking for treats.  I do my best to keep them healthy, and thanks to Emeals, I found a great summer treat for them.

We love to eat watermelon, but it seems like we don’t always finish a whole melon before it starts getting icky.  Making these Simple Watermelon Pops is a great way to make sure we don’t waste any of it.
