Wow! I am impressed with myself. I actually followed my menu last week! John left to go back to work today though, so we will see how I do now that it is just me and the munchkin again.
Monday: Squash and hamburger – I actually cut the squash in half, scoop out the guts and put ground hamburger in it, wrap it in tinfoil and cook in the oven. So yummy!
Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Bake (Another meal I will be freezing half of for another day).
Wednesday: Turkey Pot Pies
Thursday: Pizza – Let’s face it, with just the two of us, I’m bound to cook one of these a week for dinner 🙁
Friday: Fettucini Alfredo with venison or chicken
Saturday: Tuna helper or hotdish or something.
Sunday: Swedish Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes. This is my first time making these myself, but I sure love to eat these!
I just realized I planned out an entire week and none of it involves my crock pot. What was I thinking?!
